Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Menevo, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use Menevo. You are responsible for providing accurate account information.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You can delete your account at any time from Options.

Do not use Menevo to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload harmful or illegal content, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

You keep ownership of the trips, notes, documents and other content you create. You grant Menevo the limited permission needed to store and display that content to you and to the people you choose to share a trip with, in order to run the service.

Menevo is provided during beta on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data loss can occur. Please keep your own copies of anything important (you can export your data from Options).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menevo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the beta service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be notified in the app. You may stop using Menevo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for accounts that violate these terms.
